进入酒店

酒店前台：

如果已经预订过，可以直接办理入住 可以说：

Good afternoon, I would like to check in, please. 

下午好，我想办理入住。

前台：

May I have your full name, please? 

能告诉我你的全名吗？ 

说完名字后，因为外国人对我们名字的拼音不太熟悉，可能会让你拼一下你的姓氏 

Could spell your last name for me, please?

确认入住信息

前台：

Thank you, Mr. Zhang. You have a reservation for a single room for one night. 

谢谢张先生。系统显示您预订了一晚的单人间。

Is that correct? 

是否正确？

正确可以说：

Yes, that’s right.

如果你想说你订的是双人间：

No, I booked a double room. 

如果你想说预订的是两个晚上：

No, I booked the room for two nights.

前台：

Can I have your ID for a moment, please? 

可以出示一下你的身份证件吗？ 

你可以说：

Yes, here is my passport. 

好的，只是我的护照。

房间种类：

支付房费

前台：

Single room for one night will cost you $150. And we require $50 deposit, it will be refunded  when you check out. 

单人间一晚上是150美元，同时我们还需要50美元的押金，押金将在您退房时退还。

So your total will be $200. How would you like to pay?

如果你希望可以延时退房，可以说：

What time do you plan to stay until? 

您计划待到几点呢？ 

Can I stay until 1p.m.? 

可以到下午一点吗？ 

Yes, we can extend your stay to 1p.m. and you won’t be charged any extra fee. 

可以的，可以帮您延迟到一点退房，不会有额外收费。

最后拿房卡

前台：

Ok, you’ve checked into your room now.

好的，你的入住手续已经办理完毕 

This is your room key. Your room number is 509. it’s on the fifth floor. 

这是你的房卡，你的房间号是509, 房间在酒店五楼。

The elevator is down the hall to the left.

沿着过道往里走，左边就可以看到电梯了。

行李比较多需要帮忙拿行李，可以说对bellhop说
