今天你的心情又是怎样的呢?这些Sad、Happy、Angry、Nervous......都是最初学习英语的时候用来描述情绪的形容词,除了这些,还有哪些呢?

三个核心词

1. feelings 心情;感受 

Share your feelings with someone.

与人分享你的心情、感受。

We should care about people's feelings.

我们应该关心别人的感受。

当然谈到某一种心情、感觉时,要换成单数:

A specific feeling.

一种具体的心情、感觉。

Happiness is a feeling.

快乐是一种感觉。


2. emotions 情感;情绪 (单数emotion)

Emotional: 情绪化的、情感充沛的 

I always get emotional when I watch movies about families.

我看亲情片总是很感动。

You shouldn't be emotional at work.

职场不要情绪化。


3. mood 情绪;心情

Don't go in now. The boss is in a bad mood today.

别进去,老板今天心情不好。

You look like you're in a great mood.

你看起来心情很好。


如何询问心情?

How are you feeling?

你感觉怎么样?

How have you been feeling?

你(这段时间)感觉怎么样? 

回答时态也保持一致 

I'm feeling... 

I've been feeling...


有关心情的表达

1. 好心情  

Alright: 挺好的 

Good/fine: 挺好的 

Great: 很好 

Awesome: 非常好 

Positive: 积极正面的 

Hopeful: 对未来充满希望


2. 坏心情  

Down: 低落、失落、消沉 

Anxious: 焦虑 

Worried: 担忧、忧虑 

Uncertain: 不确定、迷茫 

Sad: 伤心 

Depressed: 忧郁、抑郁

Suck it up: 忍耐、别抱怨 

Bottle up (bottle up your feelings): 憋着、都装在心里 

Open up (about something): 敞开心扉分享某事 

He opened up about his childhood.

他畅谈了他的童年。 

Open up (to someone).
